News
We have 3 news for this month :
– The publication of a blog article entitled “The Myth of Natural Fragrances: Understanding the Reality Behind ISO 16128 Standard.”
I explain how the adjective “natural” officially changed its meaning regarding cosmetics since 2017… You can find this article by clicking here or by visiting our website in the “blog” section.
– Presence of Isotta fragrances at the brand new herbalist’s shop in Senlis, called L’Apothicoeur.
Virginie is a naturopath, she has her practice at the same address, and has a personal selection of products that align with her beliefs. We are proud to be part of it!
L’Apothicoeur, 34 rue de la Treille, 60300 Senlis.
– We are going on a vacation for a week from 15th to 21st of April, but our perfumes are still available in our store at 34 rue Jacob, 75006 Paris, everyday 11am-7pm Amina, a leatherworker, @ak_yol_atelier, will temporarily take our stand, but our perfumes remain in the boutique.
See you very soon!
Raw materials
The raw materials used in Isotta fragrances are all of natural origin, preferably organic or wildcrafted. Essentially essential oils obtained by hydro-distillation, also CO2 extracts (an extraction process by “pressure”), more rarely isolates (distillation fractions) and some natural molecules resulting from biotechnologies (fermentation for example).
None of our absolutes are obtained by solvent extraction…
Interview
In order to get subtitles, once the youtube screen is on:
- Click on “parametres” (the little gear tool),
- Then click on “sous-titres”
- Then click on français (the line under “désactivé” on the list)
- Again click on “sous-titres”
- Click on “traduire automatiquement”
- Then you have a list of langages, and you pick yours! (anglais if English)
The subtitles may be approximate but at least you should get a sense of who makes your perfumes and how!
